1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Syluvia (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not accept all of the Terms, you must not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is true and accurate.

3. Products & Pricing

• All products are sourced from authorised suppliers and shipped by dropshipping.
• Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, or availability at any time without notice.

4. Orders & Payment

• When you place an order, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method.
• We may reject or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or payment failure.
• Cash‑on‑Delivery (COD) orders over PKR 50,000 may require additional identity verification.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and depend on the supplier’s dispatch schedule.
• Ownership and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier takes possession of the parcel.
• Delays caused by customs, pandemics, or courier backlog are outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

• You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
• Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and code — is the property of Syluvia or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

8. User Conduct

• You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any local, national, or international law.
• Prohibited activities include transmitting malware, spamming, scraping data, or infringing on others’ rights.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error‑free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syluvia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Syluvia, its directors, employees, and suppliers from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page and become effective immediately. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
