1. Who we are
Syluvia (“we”, “our” or “the Company”) is an
e‑commerce platform based in Pakistan that sources genuine products from authorised suppliers and ships
them to customers at the most competitive prices through a dropshipping model.
2. Information we collect
- Account details – name, email, phone, shipping address, CNIC (optional for COD over PKR 50,000).
- Order & payment data – items bought, amounts, payment method, transaction IDs.
- Device & usage data – IP address, browser, cookies, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent.
- Support chats & e‑mails – the content of any messages you send to our help desk.
3. How we use your information
- To process and deliver your orders.
- To verify payments and prevent fraud.
- To provide customer support and handle returns.
- To personalise product recommendations and marketing (only with your consent).
- To improve our site performance and user experience through analytics.
- To comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, consumer‑protection laws).
4. Who we share it with
- Logistics partners (e.g. Leopards, Trax) – receive your name, phone and address to deliver the parcel.
- Payment gateways (e.g. JazzCash, Stripe) – receive payment details for processing.
- Suppliers / fulfilment centres – get product SKUs, quantities and your shipping label; never your payment data.
- Analytics & marketing vendors (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Ads) – receive device/usage data via cookies.
- Government or law‑enforcement agencies when required by law.
- We never sell or rent your personal data.
5. Cookies & tracking
We use first‑party and third‑party cookies to keep your cart, remember language/currency, and measure site traffic.
You may disable cookies in your browser, but some features (e.g. checkout) may not work.
6. Data security
All payment pages are served over TLS/SSL. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Access to admin data is limited to authorised
staff via 2‑factor authentication. We audit supplier portals quarterly for compliance.
7. Data retention
Order records are kept for 7 years (Pakistan tax law). Marketing consents are refreshed every 18 months.
Abandoned‑cart data is purged after 30 days. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see §10).
8. Children
Our store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
9. International transfers
Because we dropship from overseas suppliers, your order details may be processed
on servers located outside Pakistan (e.g. in Singapore or the EU). We only use
vendors that follow GDPR‑equivalent safeguards.
10. Your rights
You can:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Ask for deletion of your account (unless we must keep certain records for legal reasons).
- Opt out of marketing e‑mails at any time via the unsubscribe link.
Email your request to privacy@Syluvia.pk with proof of identity.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy & Policy page from time to time.
Major changes will be announced via email or site banner.
The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version.
